"LET THE BODIES HIT THE FLOOR!"

The finer details of his past remain a mystery, but what was known about the international criminal Lord Death Man is that he was once a student of yoga. In his studies, he came to learn of, and master, a secret technique which allowed him to perfectly mimic death. Using these talents, pre-existing martial arts skills, a flair for the exceptionally dramatic, and an unwillingness to take part in law-abiding society, Lord Death Man would begin his criminal career.

He and his organization would be a scourge upon Japan, as Lord Death Man would evade the authorities each time by faking his demise. Once in a blue moon, he would venture into the States, where he would fight Batman for the first of many times.

But recent criminal activities have grown darker for Lord Death Man. He single-handedly saw the elimination of most Superheroes in Japan, leaving only a scant few survivors. And worse yet, his very nature has changed. No longer can he merely fake his death. Now, death itself eludes Lord Death Man, making him effectively immortal.
