"INDESTRUCTIBLE MASTER OF WAR"

As a young member of the Cybertronian race, all Blackout has ever known is purpose and war, and the two go hand-in-hand for him.

Blackout was Constructed Cold as a Made-To-Order Soldier for the Decepticon cause. Just as quickly as he came online, he was fitted for combat and sent into Simanzi. He proved to be exceedingly powerful, taking as many Autobots offline as Fort Max took Decepticons.

After Simanzi, and Overlord’s desertion, Blackout volunteered to undergo a series of augmentations which made him nearly as powerful as any Phase-Sixer. Following this, his kill count would only intensify in scale, to the point where Blackout would often comment that he was the equivalent of a walking Core Bomb. In time, he would take part in the Surge, considering his actions there to be his finest hour. Rumors say that to this day, when he changes shape, loose scraps of Autobot fall out of him still.

At his core, Blackout is a simple Decepticon. He was made for war, and made to excel at war. He sees himself as Megatron’s attack dog, and he vows to be the most vicious attack dog.
