Here are the five steps in a nutshell:
PROMOTE: Facebook and/or Instagram - one post a day - PRO TIP: post when you are available to do Step 2. Teaser posts in the links below.
REPLY: to all comments AND likes - do this in Messenger! These are your interested people! Samples of what to say in the links below.
MESSAGE: personally invite in Messenger, past customers, hosts, VIP Group members AND to people who commented and/or liked your posts. IMPORTANT: You can personally invite without post too! A personal invite is awesome!
SAID YES: When they say "yes" - Register yourself and your guest. Ask your guest for their email so you can register them. Create an EVENT in your back office with YOU as the host!
FOLLOW UP: DAY OF EVENT - send reminder message 30 minutes before start time and remind them that the link to join is in their email. AFTER EVENT - ask if they have any questions or Share-A-Cart (if you have Office Suite)
