Mechanic design
Goal: designing mechanics that help explain body language and emotions to children enrolled in social training.
Each level of the game should reflect the homework of that week's social training session.
To accomplish this, the game introduces lessons through various social situations and conflicts.
Each of three body languages (aggressive, passive, assertive) is introduced one-by-one, as a mechanic to react to certain NPC actions.
At the start and end of each level, an 'emotion shrine' was added, where the player can choose which emotion they feel at that moment. This mirrors the 'reflection' parts of the training's paper homework.
