I am a Consultant in the Research Department of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), where I work as a Research Assistant for Vanessa Alviarez.
I received my Licentiate degree in Economics with distinction from PUCP in November 2024 (after my Bachelor's degree in December 2023). The thesis I defended for it was published in the Journal of International Money and Finance (Q1 Scimago).
I am also a Teaching Assistant at PUCP — time series in the graduate program and macroeconomics in the undergraduate program.
Research Interests
Fields: Empirical macroeconomics, uncertainty, monetary policy, and inflation dynamics.
Methods: Large Bayesian VARs, stochastic volatility, sign-restricted identification, among others.
