I am an associate professor in the School of Chemistry of the University of Costa Rica.  My research revolves around quantum error correction, but I am also interested in computational chemistry, quantum sensing, and in general anything quantum.

I have had the fortune of being nurtured by outstanding mentors, including professor Kenneth R. Brown, my PhD advisor, and professor Markus Müller, my postdoc advisor.
