Maureen Lauer-Gatta is a gifted yoga, meditation, mindfulness teacher and guide.
She has been practicing yoga since 1999 and teaching since 2003. She has an innate gift to guide others intuitively through Hatha Yoga classes offering a wide range of practitioners to all be included in the class. She modifies asanas to meet the needs of those that may need to go deeper into or out of the asanas.
Her love for teaching elementary school and high school children shine through as the students continuously tell her how they share these practices with their families or care givers. She has taught Inspiring Minds for since 2010, 21st Century and West Branch Middle School. She infuses practices of yoga and mindfulness in her time with the students.
Sharing is the biggest compliment for Maureen as she sees that these are gifts to be given far and wide to create a more compassionate society and world.
