San Antonio government has been hijacked by powerful millionaire interests who see our city as a source of capital rather than a unique blend of families and communities. Because of this takeover, too many of us are struggling from skyrocketing costs of living. As a marriage and family therapist, a single mom of three, and a longtime housing justice organizer, I know that stable, affordable housing isn’t just about shelter—it’s about the health and well-being of our families and communities. I know it because I've lived it.
When our city puts profit over people, it creates cycles of stress, displacement, and harm that impacts generations. I’m running for City Council to break those cycles and fight for a city that prioritizes healing, stability, and dignity for all of us. This campaign isn't about me—it's about building a San Antonio where we all have a say in the future of our neighborhoods. San Antonio is not an investment portfolio—this is our home, and together, we’re taking it back.
Join me in the fight for housing justice, participatory democracy, and a city that works for everyone.
