Summary:  Automate handling of frequently asked questions by ATL students by deploying an FAQ Chatbot.

ATL students have many questions related to the ATL, about tinkering resources, on how to take their ideas forward, how to tinker, how to innovate, where to find learning resources, and more.  Often times, the ATL in-charge or the Mentor is not able to field all these questions, or are not available to answer these questions.  As a result, students get stuck and are not able to move forward.  This leads to frustration and many students tend to give up.  There is a need to answer frequently asked questions by ATL students in a timely manner so that they can move ahead.

Role of School Management:  Deploy a self-service Chatbot for ATL students to find answers to frequently asked questions on their own.
