MATTRN Paint Studio is a Chrome extension that lets users draw, highlight, annotate, and capture screenshots directly on webpages.
Data Handling
MATTRN Paint Studio does not sell, rent, or transfer user data to third parties.
The extension does not collect personal information such as name, email address, payment information, passwords, health information, or location.
The extension may access webpage content only when needed to provide its core features, such as drawing on a webpage or capturing a screenshot requested by the user. When a user captures a screenshot, the extension may store the screenshot thumbnail, page title, page URL, and capture time locally in the user's browser for screenshot history and export features.
Local Storage
MATTRN Paint Studio stores settings locally in the user's browser, including toolbar state, visibility preference, keyboard shortcuts, capture settings, and screenshot history.
This data stays on the user's device and is not transmitted to the developer or any third-party server.
Remote Code
MATTRN Paint Studio does not use remote code. All JavaScript, CSS, icons, and extension files are included inside the installed extension package.
Data Sharing
MATTRN Paint Studio does not share user data with third parties.
Data Use
Any data accessed by the extension is used only to provide webpage annotation, drawing, screenshot preview, export, and local history features.
Deleting Data
Users can delete stored extension data by clearing the extension's local storage in Chrome or by uninstalling the extension.
