High on the hillside, Jesus sat. The crowds gathered. The air tightened with expectancy. In that moment, the Kingdom of Heaven didn’t just hang in the air—it landed among the broken, the tired, the overlooked.
He began not with commands, but blessings. Not with guilt, but with declaration. Not with the driven and successful—but with the meek, the mourners, the merciful, the persecuted. Because He knew what we often forget: the lowest valley is a vantage point for God’s greatest glory.

If your body is run down and your spirit is meek—lean in. Let Him whisper over your fatigue: “Blessed are you.”
If your daughters, aged 15 and 12, look to you and wonder if you know the way—lead them from this mountain. Let your journey shine for them.
When adversity comes—and it will—you are not surprised. Your identity has already been set.
