Dual roles: Western Regional Sales Manager & Co-Pack /Private Label Leadership Coordinator
RSM – West (report to VP Sales):
§ Manage business in the Western US territory (AZ, CA, CO, MT, WY, NM, HI, ID, NV, OR, UT, WA) to increase sales working within budget and plans
§ Present product lines to retailers and wholesalers/distributors with prepared presentations and samples
§ Develop pricing structures for private label opportunities with attention to volume potential and keep focus on profit margins, freight costs, one-time and recurring costs and marketing funding
§ Contribute to monthly/annual sales forecasting with VP Sales
Co-Pack/Private Label Leadership Coordinator (report to CEO):
§ Act as liaison between CEO and Co-pack/Co-manufacturing and Private Label prospects coordinating efforts from initial inquiry through first production
§ Vet project production feasibility and volume potential
§ Involve plant operational staff with meetings and plant tours as opportunity develops
§ Expedite contract development with CEO and execution for signatures
§ Coordinate deposit and advance payment procedures

§ Manage business in the Western territory (AZ, CA, HI, ID, NV, OR, UT, WA) to maximize profitable sales against budget and plans
