MatMaster — Privacy Policy

MatMaster ("the app," "we," "us," "our") is a wrestling practice and match tracker. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information: the email address you provide when you create an account, handled through Firebase Authentication.
Training data you enter: your practice logs (techniques, intensity, duration) and match logs (result, method, score, opponent name and school, weight class, time, self-rating, and notes).
We do not collect your location, contacts, or photos, and we do not use advertising or tracking technologies.
How we use your information
To provide the core features of the app: saving your logs and showing your stats, progress, and coaching insights.
To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure provider described below, which stores it on our behalf.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore). Google processes and stores this data on our behalf under its own security and privacy terms. Access is restricted so that each user can only read and write their own data.
If you submit feedback through the app, your message and the email address on your account are also delivered to us by email through a third-party email-delivery service so that we can read and respond to it.
Your choices and rights
View and edit: you can view and edit your logs at any time within the app.
Delete individual logs: Settings → Recent logs → delete.
Delete your account and all data: Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all of your logs and cannot be undone.
Children's privacy
MatMaster is intended for wrestlers aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and protected by per-user access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown above.
