MathRushX is designed as an offline math challenge game. We aim to keep the app simple and privacy-friendly.
MathRushX does not collect, transmit, or store personal information on external servers.
The app does not require users to create an account or provide information such as their name, email address, phone number, physical address, or other personally identifiable information.
MathRushX does not collect precise or approximate location information.
MathRushX is designed to work offline.
Core gameplay features, including math questions, difficulty levels, scores, achievements, statistics, coins, themes, level progress, and settings, can be used without creating an online account or connecting to an external service.
MathRushX may store game-related information locally on your device so your progress can be preserved between sessions.
This may include your scores, best scores, completed levels, earned stars, virtual coins, achievements, selected themes, game statistics, sound preferences, vibration preferences, and other game settings.
This information remains on your device and is used only to provide the app's gameplay and progress-saving features.
We do not receive this locally stored information on our servers.
MathRushX does not require account registration, login, Google Sign-In, or any other authentication service.
Therefore, the app does not collect usernames, passwords, authentication credentials, or account profile information.
The current version of MathRushX does not include advertising functionality or advertising SDKs.
We therefore do not use personal information for targeted advertising or advertising profiling.
MathRushX does not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs in the current version.
We do not use the app to create advertising profiles or track users across other applications or websites.
MathRushX does not request access to your device's location and does not collect GPS, precise location, or approximate location information.
MathRushX does not require access to your camera, microphone, contacts, call logs, SMS messages, photos, videos, or other sensitive personal information for its core gameplay.
The current version of MathRushX is designed to operate without internet-based game services.
Game progress and gameplay features do not require an external account, remote database, or online leaderboard.
MathRushX may contain virtual coins or similar game rewards that are earned through gameplay.
These virtual items are part of the local game experience and do not represent real currency.
The current version does not process real-money purchases or payment information.
Because MathRushX does not collect personal information through its current core functionality, we do not sell, rent, or share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
Google Play's User Data policy also prohibits developers from selling personal and sensitive user data and requires accurate disclosure of any collection or sharing that does occur.
Game progress and settings are stored locally using Android's application storage mechanisms.
Because MathRushX does not transmit the described game progress to BrilliantDevs servers, there is no developer-operated remote database containing this local gameplay information.
Users should still maintain appropriate security protections on their devices.
Locally stored MathRushX data generally remains on your device while the application and its application data remain installed.
You may remove locally stored game information by using available reset options within the app, clearing the application's data through Android device settings, or uninstalling the application.
Uninstalling MathRushX or clearing its application data may permanently remove saved game progress, settings, coins, achievements, statistics, and other locally stored information.
MathRushX does not knowingly request personal information from children through account creation, profile registration, messaging, or similar features.
If the app's target audience includes children, BrilliantDevs will comply with applicable Google Play Families requirements and other applicable children's privacy requirements. Google Play requires apps in its Families program to accurately reflect their data practices in their privacy policy.
The current version of MathRushX does not rely on advertising, analytics, Firebase, social login, or similar third-party services that collect personal information through the game.
If third-party SDKs or services are added in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated where necessary. Google specifically requires developers to account for data collection and sharing performed by third-party code included in their apps.
We may update this Privacy Policy when MathRushX features, legal requirements, or data practices change.
Any updated policy will include a revised effective date.
