As a PhD student specializing in occupational psychology and entrepreneurship, I delve into the well-being of entrepreneurs, focusing particularly on work recovery experiences linked to health and life-work balance. My research seeks to understand how recovery processes in the work environment impact the health of entrepreneurs and how these processes can be optimized to enhance their overall life quality. I investigate the dynamic interplay between entrepreneurial endeavors and personal health, aiming to uncover strategies that entrepreneurs can use to mitigate work-related stress and enhance their productivity, creativity, and overall well-being. This exploration is crucial in developing frameworks that support sustainable entrepreneurial practices and promote health in the workplace.
