The Math Club is an enrichment program that focuses on learning about careers in mathematics through interactive learning activities and talks in which professors, students, and individuals employed in math-focused industries share their research and experience. Often students take math courses which do not feed their intellectual curiosity. These students become accustomed to a routine and lose sight of the discovery involved in math. Math Club reignites students' interest in mathematics by showing them the research side of math and helping them experience some of it for themselves. These experiences remind us why we found math interesting in the first place.
