Prerequisite

Satisfactory performance on placement assessment, 2 years of high school algebra, 1 year of geometry, 1 semester of trigonometry; or minimum of C- in MATH 143

Textbook

Thomas' Calculus, Early Transcendentals, 14th Edition, by George Thomas, Jr., Maurice D. Weir and Joel Hass. The course will cover chapters 2-5,7.

You do not have to purchase the hard copy of the book; but you will need the access code to do the online homework (this comes with access to a digital copy of the book), this can be purchased separately.
