Math Strategist – Terms of Service
Welcome to Math Strategist (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree to the following terms:

1. Intended Audience & Parental Notice

This App is primarily designed for school-age children aged 8–14. Parents/guardians are encouraged to supervise its use and manage purchase settings and parental controls available on their device or app store.

2. Intellectual Property & License

The App’s software, graphics, audio, and content are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You are granted a license to use the App on your personal device for non-commercial purposes only. You must not crack, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or otherwise infringe our rights.

3. Ads & Third-Party Services
The App may display ads provided by third parties (e.g., banner ads, interstitial ads, or other ad formats). The display and content of ads may vary depending on device settings, region, network conditions, and third-party policies. We apply appropriate settings in accordance with applicable platform policies and the advertising platform's requirements to provide an age-appropriate experience.

4. One-Time Purchase (Where Available)
Some versions of the App may offer a one-time purchase to remove ads permanently.Availability may vary by platform or region.Where this feature is available, all purchases are processed by the respective app store, and refunds are subject to that store's policies.

If you reinstall the App or change devices, eligible purchases may be restored through the same app store account, where supported. 

5. Disclaimer
We strive to provide a stable gameplay experience and accurate content. However, the App may still experience interruptions or errors due to device compatibility, network conditions, or third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

6. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms due to feature changes or legal/policy requirements. The updated version will be published within the App or on our official page. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute arising from the use of this App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court, Taiwan, as the court of first instance.

歡迎使用《數學策略家》（以下稱「本 App」）。當您下載、安裝或使用本 App，即表示您同意以下條款：

1. 適用對象與家長提醒

本 App 主要面向 8–14 歲學齡兒童，建議由家長陪同使用，並妥善管理裝置或應用程式商店提供的購買設定及家長監護功能。

2. 智慧財產與使用授權

本 App 的程式、圖像、音效與內容均受著作權及相關法令保護。您僅可在個人裝置上以非商業目的使用，不得進行破解、逆向工程、修改、散布或以其他方式侵害權利。

3. 廣告與第三方服務

本 App 可能顯示由第三方提供的廣告（例如橫幅、插頁，或其他形式的廣告）。廣告的呈現與內容可能依裝置設定、地區、網路狀況及第三方服務政策而有所不同。我們會依適用的平台政策及廣告平台要求進行必要設定，以提供適齡的使用體驗。

4. 一次性內購（如適用）

本 App 的部分平台版本可能提供一次性購買以永久移除廣告。是否提供此功能可能因平台或地區而異。如提供此功能，所有交易均由對應的應用程式商店處理，退款及付款爭議依該商店政策辦理。

如重新安裝 App 或更換裝置，在平台支援的情況下，可透過相同的應用程式商店帳號恢復符合資格的購買。 

5. 免責聲明

我們致力於提供穩定的遊戲體驗與正確內容，但本 App 仍可能因裝置相容性、網路或第三方服務等因素出現中斷或錯誤。對於因使用本 App 所產生之任何間接或衍生損失，我們在法律允許範圍內不負賠償責任。

6. 條款更新

我們可能因功能更新或法規/政策要求而調整本條款。更新後版本將公布於本 App 或官方頁面；您於更新後繼續使用即視為同意更新內容。

7. 準據法與管轄

本條款之解釋與適用，以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。因本 App 使用所生之爭議，雙方同意以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
