Frances Lee ("we," "our," or "us") operates the math page™ mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially children.

math page™ is designed to help children practice math through interactive, paper-free problem solving.

1. Personal Information & Data Collection

• No Accounts or Identifiers: The App does not require accounts, logins, email addresses, names, phone numbers, or passwords. We do not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA), precise location, contacts, photos, camera data, or microphone inputs.

• No Tracking or Third-Party SDKs: We do not include third-party advertising frameworks, analytics SDKs, behavioural tracking tools, or data brokers.

• No Remote Transmission: The App does not transmit practice activity, handwritten work, answer input, or session information to our servers or external databases.

2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device The App generates and stores limited operational data locally on your device solely to power core learning features:

• Practice Records: Completed, incorrect, and skipped problem logs, attempt counts, time spent per problem, and custom practice settings. This data is used exclusively to power the in-app Review feature.

• Daily Reset: Practice history automatically resets each day.

• Handwritten Work: Handwritten work is used only during the current problem. It is not included in Review history and is cleared when you move to a new problem or end the session.

• Data Removal: Deleting the App removes locally stored practice history and settings from the device. It does not remove purchase records maintained by Apple; eligible purchases may be restored through the App.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

• StoreKit Integration: The App offers an optional premium auto-renewable subscription. Transactions are processed directly by Apple via StoreKit.

• Payment Data: We do not collect, process, receive, or store credit card numbers, billing addresses, or Apple Account credentials.

• Receipt Validation: The App uses Apple’s StoreKit framework to determine whether Premium features are currently available. We do not operate external servers to verify purchases and do not receive, collect, or store payment-card details, billing addresses, or Apple Account passwords. Apple processes purchases and payment information under Apple’s Privacy Policy.

• Parental Gate: All store access, subscription options, and external links are protected behind a parental gate to prevent accidental purchases by children.

4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & Apple Kids Category)

• COPPA Compliance: math page™ is designed with children’s privacy in mind. The App does not knowingly collect, retain, or disclose personal information from children under 13 through the App. We review the App’s privacy practices and App Store disclosures when features change.

• Zero Child Data Collection: Because the App collects no personal information, we do not knowingly collect, retain, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13.

• No Social Features: The App contains no public chat, multiplayer messaging, external profiles, or social sharing capabilities.

5. Customer Support Communications

• If a parent or guardian contacts us by email, we receive the sender’s email address and message. We use that information only to respond to the inquiry, do not use it for marketing, and do not sell or share it for advertising purposes.

• Use of Support Data: We use this information solely to resolve the support request or answer privacy inquiries.

• No Marketing or Sharing: Support correspondence is never used for advertising, marketing lists, or shared with third parties. It is retained only as long as necessary to resolve the inquiry and maintain standard operational records.

6. User Rights & Data Management

• No Remote Data to Delete: Because we do not store your information on external servers, there is no remote account or database profile to modify or delete.

• Subscription Management: Subscriptions and auto-renewals can be managed, canceled, or restored at any time through the device's Apple Account Settings.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this policy if app functionality changes. Any updates will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. If we ever introduce features requiring server-side transmission, analytics, or external accounts, this policy and the App Store Privacy Nutrition Labels will be updated prior to release.
