I received my PhD degree (summa cum laude) at the University of Wrocław, with a dissertation entitled, "Functionalized polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes: synthesis, characterization and applications". Following my doctorate, I began my academic career as an assistant professor at the University of Wrocław. My recent awards and distinctions include the prestigious START Scholarship for Best Young Researchers in Poland, granted by the Foundation for Polish Science in 2019, as well as a three-year Minister of Education and Science Scholarship for outstanding young scientists (2021–2024), awarded to researchers demonstrating excellent scientific achievements.
From June 2019 to September 2021, I served as a postdoctoral fellow in the research groups of Professor Maurice Brookhart and Professor Olafs Daugulis at the University of Houston. During this time, I collaborated on projects focused on advanced catalytic systems, particularly for olefin polymerization.
I am a co-author of multiple scientific publications as well as patents registered in the United States and Poland. My primary research focuses on the synthesis, structural analysis, and reactivity of functionalized polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes and porous organic-inorganic hybrid materials, with a particular emphasis on catalysis.
