Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Matchy Wordz app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Galardifrance (collectively, the "Application"). Galardifrance is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. All data you enter — the expenses you record (amount, note, category, date and time), your monthly budget, your selected currency, and your light/dark mode preference — is saved only locally on your device, in the Application's local storage. It stays there until you delete it yourself. The Service Provider has no access to any of it. The Application does not collect:
Your device's Internet Protocol address
Usage data, such as the screens you visit or the time spent in the Application
Device or operating system identifiers
Your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Application does not use cookies, analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, pixels, or any similar tracking technologies. No consent for tracking is requested because no tracking takes place.
Your Rights
Because all data is stored solely on your device, you have direct and complete control over it at all times: you can edit or delete any individual expense, clear your entire expense history at once from the History screen, and change your budget, currency, or light/dark mode preference at any time from within the Application itself. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The Application collects no personal information, sells no personal information, and shares no personal information, so these rights are satisfied by design. The Service Provider does not send marketing communications and has no means of contacting you, as no contact information is ever collected.
Third Party Access
No user data is transmitted to the Service Provider or to any third party. The Application makes no network requests of any kind in normal use: all of its resources, including fonts, icons, and charts, are bundled inside the Application itself and load directly from your device. The only exception is if you choose to tap "View Online" on this Privacy Policy screen, which opens this same policy in your device's browser — no expense data, budget, or personal information is sent as part of that action.
International Data Transfers
The Service Provider does not transfer personal data internationally, because it never receives your data in the first place. Your data remains on your device, in your country, under your control.
Distribution
Please note that the Application is distributed through a third-party service that has its own privacy policy about handling data: Google Play (Android).
Legal Requests
The Service Provider holds no User Provided or Automatically Collected Information, and therefore has nothing to disclose in response to legal process, government requests, or otherwise.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all use of the Application and remove all of its data at any time — delete individual expenses, use "Clear all" on the History screen, or uninstall the Application. Because nothing is ever transmitted off your device, uninstalling the Application permanently deletes every piece of data it created. No copies exist anywhere else.
Data Retention Policy
All data is retained only on your device and only for as long as you choose:
Expense records (amount, note, category, date, time, recurring type, and currency): retained locally until you delete them individually, use "Clear all", or uninstall the Application
Monthly budget amount: retained locally until you change it, clear it, or uninstall the Application
Selected currency and light/dark mode preference: retained locally until you change them or uninstall the Application
Automatically Collected Data: none is collected
Server-side data: none exists
No request to the Service Provider is needed to delete your data. Deleting an expense, using "Clear all", or uninstalling the Application is immediate and complete.
Children
The Application does not knowingly solicit or collect data from anyone, including children, and does not market to children. Because no personal information is collected from any user, no personal information can be collected from a child. If you are a parent or guardian with questions or concerns, please contact the Service Provider at antolacomfrance@gmail.com.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Your data never leaves your device, which is itself the strongest safeguard available: it is protected by your device's own security measures (such as your screen lock and device encryption) and is never exposed to servers or third parties.
Data Breach Notification
The Service Provider holds no user data on any server, so a breach of user data held by the Service Provider cannot occur. Should the Application ever begin processing personal data in the future, the Service Provider will notify affected users of any breach in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.

Your Consent
By using the Application, you consent to this Privacy Policy. Since the Application performs no data collection or processing requiring consent, no further opt-in is requested. Should that ever change, consent will be requested before any new processing takes effect.
