  • Introduction: MatchLedger XI helps players record football matches, training goals, sessions, ratings, notes, and exportable reports. This policy explains how information is handled in the app.

  • Information We Collect: The app stores information you enter, including player name, match date, teams, opponent, venue, score, position, minutes, appearance type, stats, rating, tags, notes, weekly goals, training sessions, and preferences. Optional support purchases are processed by the platform in-app purchase service. The privacy policy page loads through an online WebView.

  • How We Use Information: Your information is used to display dashboards, match history, training progress, insights, PDF reports, CSV exports, and app preferences. Purchase information is used only to process voluntary support transactions.

  • Data Storage and Security: Match and training data are stored locally on your device using app storage. PDF and CSV exports are generated temporarily on your device and shared only when you choose to use the system share sheet. Deleting all data in settings removes local match, training, and preference records managed by the app.

  • Third-Party Services: The app uses platform in-app purchases for optional support, a WebView to display the hosted privacy policy, Google Fonts for typography, and device sharing/export services. These services may process technical information according to their own policies.

  • Children’s Privacy: The app is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes a child entered personal information, they can delete local data in settings or contact support.

  • User Choices: You can edit your player name, choose visible stat fields, change preferences, export reports, avoid optional purchases, and delete all local app data from settings.
