4. Local Game Progress Storage Only
All progress — such as game score, move counts, and level completions — is stored locally on your device using browser-based or app-based local storage. This data never leaves your device and can be erased by:
Deleting your app/game
Clearing your browser storage (if played on a web browser)

Match Joy is built to be suitable for players of all ages, including children under the age of 13. It is designed with a joyful and non-commercial aesthetic, contains no advertisements, no links to external websites, and no content that would be considered inappropriate or exploitative.
2. COPPA Compliance (USA)
Under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), developers are required to obtain parental consent before collecting information from children under 13. Since Match Joy does not collect any information, it is fully COPPA-compliant by design. There are no signup forms, email inputs, chats, social features, or any means to collect user information.
3. No Ads or In-App Purchases
To ensure maximum safety and prevent any exposure to inappropriate material or commercial elements, Match Joy contains:

The only data stored is local gameplay progress, saved inside the local cache/storage of your device. This is retained for your convenience only. If you delete the app or clear your browser cache, the data is lost permanently. We retain no copies.
