Hi, my self Masudur Rahman. I complete my graduation from the City University, Department of Computer science and Engineering.
I already work with three company which is related to business development, marketing, and digital sales. and also IT Support.
During my graduate program, I connected with several clubs in different positions. when I was connected with those clubs had to arrange lots of seminars and events that more than 200-300+ people attended and I have to manage and maintain them. also, I have to communicate with them .so I know very well how to do communication with people and how to manage people.
My very recent job was as a Business Development Officer at Computer Village. it was a computer hardware and software solution company .it's provide hardware and software related solution. and my role and responsibility were Communication with the Customer, communication with the brand, and Confirming the deals. Have to Research potential new leads and keep on top of the development. have to communicate with clients & manage them .communicate with Brands and Customers also corporate dealing. Update in enterprise resource planning (ERP) & Management. Keeping on top of administrative task-such as updating CRM (customer relationship management). Holding presentations and demonstrations for the potential client. communication with and informing existing clients in a way that supports an ongoing relationship .communicate with Customers through the website, social media(SM), and phone calls. New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
Another job was IT support & Marketing Executive at SM Tech. It was a freelancing-based company .and my responsibility was Manage and coordinate all digital marketing activities .have to support the goals set in the marketing plan. monitoring and improving (if needed) the company’s online reputation. have to post their advertising & bidding for work on an online platform with Foreign clients & confirm those deals and Maintaining IT components & troubleshooting.
This was my very first job. this company was pretty similar to the previous one. my position was Social Media Marketing Executive at Ignite Advert. and my responsibility was Developing engaging social media strategies. Posting their Advertising & Managing social media platforms of the organization. Responding to messages & comments on social media on time. Also, Communicate with foreign clients & confirm deals. Preparing social media engagement and activities reports. Continue review and active management of the website and all digital assets. Daily Social Media & community engagement activities including prompt communication and handling feedback. To complete the task given within the agreed deadline.
