Master Planet ("we", "us" or "our") develops and publishes mobile applications and games (individually and collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled in connection with the Services and the choices available to you. This Policy applies to all applications published by Master Planet. By downloading, accessing or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We do not require registration, and the Services do not include user accounts, sign-in or user profiles. We do not request, collect or store names, email addresses, telephone numbers, postal addresses, precise location, payment details, contacts, photographs, or content from a device's camera, microphone or file system. We do not maintain servers that receive personal information from the Services, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Certain limited technical information may be processed by third parties in connection with advertising.
INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
The Services store application data locally, within the private storage area that the operating system allocates to the application. This data consists of gameplay progress, preferences and settings. Locally stored data remains on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed when the application is uninstalled. Where an application provides an in-app option to reset its data, exercising that option deletes the data immediately.
ADVERTISING
Certain Services may display advertising provided by third-party advertising networks and mediation platforms ("Advertising Partners"). Advertising Partners act as independent controllers of the information they process and may collect device-level information for the purpose of selecting, delivering, measuring and reporting on advertisements. Such information may include advertising identifiers, IP address, coarse location inferred from IP address, device and operating system characteristics, and interaction with the advertisements displayed. We do not receive personal information from Advertising Partners. Reporting made available to us is aggregated and does not identify individual users. The processing carried out by Advertising Partners is governed by their respective privacy policies, which are available on their websites and through the settings of your device's operating system.
USE OF INFORMATION
Information processed in connection with the Services is used solely to operate and maintain the applications and, where applicable, to deliver and measure advertising. Information is not used for profiling, credit assessment, or automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects.
NOT DIRECTED TO CHILDREN
The Services are general audience products and are not directed to children under the age of 13, or under the equivalent age of digital consent in the user's jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such individuals. A parent or guardian who believes that a child has provided personal information in connection with the Services may contact us using the details below, and we will take appropriate steps in response.
YOUR CHOICES
You may limit or reset advertising personalisation at any time through the privacy or advertising settings of your device's operating system. You may also remove all locally stored application data by uninstalling the application.
YOUR RIGHTS
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability in respect of personal data relating to you. As we do not hold personal data identifying users of the Services, requests concerning information processed for advertising purposes should be directed to the relevant Advertising Partner, which acts as controller for that processing. We will provide reasonable assistance in identifying the appropriate recipient of such a request.
DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION
Because application data is stored locally on the user's device, its security depends on the security of the device itself. We recommend keeping the device operating system up to date and protected by a passcode or equivalent. We do not retain personal information, as none is collected by us.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This Policy may be amended from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, our practices, or applicable law. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be published before the release of the version of the Services to which they apply. Continued use of the Services following publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
