Runnex: Running & Fitness

Runnex: Running & Fitness is developed and published by oubaidaAPS.

This Privacy Policy explains how Runnex collects, accesses, uses, stores, retains, and deletes information when you use the application.

Information We Collect and Access

Runnex may access or collect the following information when necessary to provide its features and when you choose to enable the relevant functionality:

• Account information, such as your email address and profile information.

• Running and workout information, including activities, workouts, routes, distance, duration, pace, and related fitness statistics.

• Location information, when you use running or route-tracking features.

• Health and fitness information from supported health platforms, including Health Connect, when you explicitly grant the requested permissions.

• Nutrition and hydration information that you enter or manage in the application.

• Information stored locally on your device to provide offline features and improve application functionality.

How We Use Information

We use information only to provide, maintain, and improve Runnex features, including:

• Running and workout tracking.

• Fitness statistics and progress tracking.

• Routes and location-based running features.

• Health and fitness synchronization when enabled by you.

• Nutrition and hydration tracking.

• Personalized fitness features and recommendations.

• Account and application functionality.

Health Connect

When you choose to connect Runnex with Health Connect, Runnex accesses only the Health Connect data for which you grant permission.

Health Connect data is used to provide fitness and health-related features within Runnex, such as activity tracking, fitness statistics, calorie-related information, and synchronization between supported services.

Runnex requests only the permissions necessary for the enabled functionality. You can revoke Health Connect permissions at any time through the Health Connect or device settings.

Runnex does not sell Health Connect data and does not use Health Connect data for advertising.

Data Storage

Some information is stored locally on your device to support offline functionality.

Account-related information and data required for synchronization may be stored securely on our cloud infrastructure using Supabase.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account information, workout history, and other account-related information for as long as your account remains active and as necessary to provide the application's services.

Some locally stored temporary or cache data may remain on your device until it is deleted by the application, cleared by you, or the application is uninstalled.

If you request deletion of your account and associated cloud data, contact us at masnaouikamal@gmail.com. We will process the deletion request and delete the applicable information from our servers within 30 days, subject to any information that we are legally required to retain.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or health information.

We may use service providers, such as Supabase, when necessary to provide application infrastructure and services. Such providers process information only as necessary to provide their services.

We do not share Health Connect data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Your Choices and Controls

You can manage or revoke application permissions through your device settings and Health Connect settings.

You can stop using synchronization features at any time.

You may request deletion of your account and associated cloud data by contacting us at masnaouikamal@gmail.com.
