Objectives
Al-Mosheed platform aims to facilitate the process of purchase and communication between the customer and the service provider, saving time and effort for both parties.
Fees
Upon completing a purchase order from the customer, the platform charges a symbolic fee not exceeding 10% of the purchase value as service fees and a non-refundable deposit upon order completion.
Customer Obligations
Customers have the right to communicate with the service provider (seller) to investigate, complete, or cancel purchase orders based on their mutual agreement. It is worth noting that the platform is not responsible for any financial or other disputes that may arise between the customer and the service provider.
If the customer wishes to cancel an order before receiving it, they must contact the service provider and notify them. If the order has been received and the customer wishes to cancel it, the customer bears the cost of transporting the purchased items from the delivery location to the service provider's premises or as agreed.
The platform reserves the right to delete or suspend the activities of any customer who violates the platform's policies in any way, including fraudulent orders and lack of seriousness in placing orders. Customers can also communicate with the service provider if they have any comments or concerns regarding the order.
Service Provider Obligations
The service provider is committed to accurately providing the order to the customer, including quality, material safety, and delivery speed as agreed between them.
There is a scope for communication between the customer and the service provider to agree on purchase details, such as purchase requests, total cost calculation, delivery method, and other matters related to purchase orders.
The customer has the right to cancel the order before receiving it by contacting the service provider. If the order has been received and the customer wishes to cancel it, the customer is required to pay the cost of transportation from the delivery location to the service provider's premises or as agreed.
The goal of Al-Mosheed platform is to facilitate communication between both parties and does not bear responsibility for any disputes between the customer and the service provider, including financial disputes, order inaccuracies, delivery errors that may cause damage to purchase orders, and others.
The platform has the right to delete or suspend the activity of any service provider that violates the platform's policies in any way. The service provider can contact the support team if they encounter any issues related to the platform's services.
