In modern electronics laboratory a voltmeter with high precision and digital displaying mechanism is an essential device. This project describes the mechanism of a voltmeter that can measure voltage up to 30.00 V with a resolution of 10 mV. In this voltmeter the achieved accuracy is quite good so that it can be used where precise voltage measurement is required.
