Hi, I am Mashad. Currently I am working as a Singnal Integrity Test R&D Engineer at Intel Corporation at Intel Corporation in Hillsboro, OR. Before that I was working as a Process Engineer in the same company. Prior to that, I completed my Ph.D. in the ECE department at the University of Utah in Fall 2019. My PhD research was focused on the use of reflectometry techniques to find faults in live photovoltaic systems.
I received a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in Bangladesh, in 2013. I went on to study optics/photonics and optical waveguide fabrication at Michigan Technological University, earning a master's degree in Electrical Engineering in summer 2016. As curricular practical training (CPT) for doctoral studies, I worked at National Renewable Energy Laboratory, Golden, CO, USA in the 'PV Reliability and Systems Engineering Group' as a PV Electrical Characterization Intern in Summer 2018.
