I am a Ph.D. student at Graduate School of Economics, Keio University. My research focuses on how social interactions, norms, and institutions influence individual and organizational behavior, using empirical and experimental approaches.
My paper "Reference Points, Risk-Taking Behavior, and Competitive Outcomes in Sequential Settings" (with Suguru Otani) has been accepted for publication in Journal of Risk and Uncertainty.
