This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the mobile device software application NumPlay ("Application") designed by Marvel Technology.
1. Zero Data Collection Policy
The Application follows a Zero Data Collection Policy.
NumPlay does not gather, store, send, or disclose any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) or non-personal information.
No PII Gathered: We do not ask for users to sign up. We do not gather names, addresses, contact data, accurate or approximate location information, images, videos, or other personal identifiers.
No Technical Data Gathered: The Application does not monitor your usage, app activity, device category, operating system version, crash reports, or other technical data.
Local Operation: The central operation of the Application is built to execute wholly locally upon your device and never communicate data externally to our servers or otherwise.
2. No Third-Party Services or Analytics
NumPlay doesn't use or integrate with any third-party services, Software Development Kits (SDKs), or application programming interfaces (APIs).
This implies that the Application does not include code from analytics providers (such as Google Firebase, Google Analytics), advert networks (such as AdMob), or any other service that might automatically capture data, anonymous or otherwise.
3. Permissions
The Application is designed to function without accessing sensitive device functions.
NumPlay does not ask for any special or sensitive permissions from your device (such as access to the Camera, Microphone, Contacts, Location, Files, or Photos).
Any access the Application might have to general network connectivity is solely for fundamental application functionality that happens completely on the local device and is never used to transport any data belonging to users.
4. Children's Privacy and Safety
The Application is appropriate for all ages, including children.
No Collection from Children: Since NumPlay gathers no data at all from any user, we cannot and will not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years of age.
Application is free from harm and does not include any such inappropriate, malicious, or exploitative content or features. The zero-data-collection strategy helps us be in conformity with the underlying tenets of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and comparable legislation across the world.
5. Modifications to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy will be periodically revised to keep up with changes in our practices (although our zero-data promise will not change).
