I got in-depth experience in product development since I was responsible for almost all the aspects: electronics, mechanics, firmware, control theory, calibration, testing and benchmark software. The resulting product fulfilled or exceeded all the requirements that were set.
The PCB described above went through 6 revisions enhancing producibility and reliability of the product.
The mechanical design described above went through 2 revisions, eliminating problems with leakage and maintainability.
Example figure shown on the left was generated by the benchmarking Python script that I developed. The red scatter plot describes pressure values of 10 sequential pressure setpoint test runs, blue line is the standard deviation of the 10 test run pressure values and green line shows the difference from the reference performance data.
The script helped to analyze long term degradation effects of the pumps as well as detect faults of individual pressure generation units.
