- good research and teaching track record
- relevant scientific output, preferably, in the last five years

We welcome applications for a full-time research postdoctoral position at Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (within the program “Programa Nacional de Pós-doutorado da CAPES (PNPD/CAPES)”)
The conditions of the offer are the following:
- Period: 12 month contract (possibly extendable for 48 more months)
- Fellowship: 4,100 reais per month
The deadline for submissions is December 5, 2017.
The application materials should be sent by e-mail to pnpd.ppgmat@gmail.com (with subject "inscrição PNPD 2018") and should include:
- copy of the bio-data page of your current passport (mandatory)
- CV in PDF format (mandatory)
- research statement in PDF format (mandatory)
- two letters of recommendation (optional); the letters should be sent directly by the letter writers by email to pnpd.ppgmat@gmail.com with subject “letter of recommendation PNPD - name of the candidate”
- preferably, candidates should propose the name of a host researcher/supervisor from PPGMat/UFES
