Brooks Fountain in downtown Marshall, Michigan (population 7,000) is located in the center of a traffic circle park at the west end of the business district.Â
Marshall Rotary Band plays a patriotic concert here each year as part of the town's annual chicken barbeque and 4th of July celebration.
