Hi, this is Chenggang

Welcome to my homepage

I am a postdoctoral fellow at Johns Hopkins University, studying auditory neuroscience in Prof. Xiaoqin Wang's lab. Check "CV" page!

I spent half time doing experiments with the marmoset monkey and half time analyzing and interpreting the data. I used sound and auditory cortex as the tools to understand how our brain senses the world around us in general. Check "Research" page!

I have lived in four cities and two nations so far. They changed me a lot. Check "Homes" page!

I traveled to lots of cities you may never hear of or could not understand why a neuroscientist goes there, like Lumbini, Dushanbe, Kabul, Doğubayazıt, and Pyongyang. I walked through lots of land borders, like Tajikistan-Afghanistan-Iran-Turkey, Russia-China-Nepal-India. I took the longest train journey myself without a phone and wifi for 144 hours continuously.
