I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Pharmacology & Physiology at Drexel University College of Medicine. I earned my PhD in Neuroscience in 2022 from Arizona State University, School of Life Sciences under the co-mentorship of Dr. Janet Neisewander and Dr. Foster Olive, where I studied neuroimmune mechanisms underlying addiction-related behaviors. Now as a postdoc, my research broadly seeks to better understand the neurobehavioral intersections of substance use disorders (SUDs) and associated comorbidities, with a particular interest in understanding mechanisms of drug-seeking behavior in the context of chronic HIV infection.
