Marjory (“Application”, “Service”) is developed and operated by Lumina Digitale (“we”, “our”, “us”). This Privacy & Advertising Policy explains how Marjory handles data, advertising, and user rights. We prioritise user privacy, operational transparency, and compliance with global privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, and applicable advertising laws.
By installing or using Marjory, you agree to this policy.
Marjory does not collect, store, sell, rent, share, or transfer any personally identifiable information (PII).
We do not request or store:
Names
Emails
Phone numbers
Financial information
Location data
Device identifiers tied to individuals
Behavioral tracking data
Contact lists or media access
The application works fully without requiring user registration.
To serve compliant ads in native builds (Android & iOS), Google AdMob may automatically receive limited technical signals such as:
Device type and model
Operating system version
General region/country (non-precise)
Approximate device network information
These signals are managed under Google’s own privacy and ad personalisation policies.
We do not receive or store these signals ourselves.
Marjory contains no analytics SDK, pixel tracking, crash analytics, or behaviour monitoring.
We do not track session time, clicks, or navigation usage.
All calculation inputs (prices, costs, conversions, quantities, etc.) are processed locally on the device and are not transmitted to any server.
Recent calculation scenarios are temporarily stored in local device memory only.
They are:
Not uploaded
Not synced
Not recoverable if deleted
Users may clear all stored local data at any time through the in-app controls.
Android and iOS builds integrate Google AdMob for banner and occasional interstitial ads.
Web versions show static placeholders only — no live ads, scripts, or network ad calls.
Users may control ad personalisation via:
Device system ad settings (Android / iOS)
Google Ad settings (Android)
App Store advertising preferences (iOS)
In-app settings allow switching ad preference modes (contextual / personalised where supported).
Marjory does not display ads targeted based on sensitive data (health, religion, sexuality, politics, children, etc.).
Banner ads may appear in eligible environments
Interstitials may appear occasionally (no more than every 10th calculation)
Ads never interrupt active input fields or critical operations
Marjory does not request access to:
Contacts
Photos / Media / Files
Microphone
Camera
SMS / Phone
Location services
Only minimal local storage access is used to save user preferences and scenarios.
We do not share data with:
Third-party analytics providers
Affiliate networks
Data brokers
Marketing partners
Government entities unless legally compelled
Even though no personal data is collected, we apply data minimisation and protection principles. All operations are local and isolated.
Marjory is not intended for children under 13.
No content or monetisation targets minors.
Even though no personal data is stored, users retain:
The right to transparency
The right to request clarification
The right to request deletion of any locally stored data
The right to withdraw consent to personalised advertising
These rights align with GDPR/CCPA expectations.
We may update this policy to meet regulatory or operational changes. Updated versions will appear in the app and on official distribution pages.
