About me
I am a Researcher at the Institute for Radioastronomy in Bologna, which is part of the National Institute for Astrophysics in Italy (INAF).
My research focuses on the study of jets produced by supermassive black holes at the center of galaxies, with particular attention to their life cycle and interaction with the surrounding environment. I am interested in understanding the impact of jets on the overall galaxy evolution process, as well as the role of the jets remnant plasma on the non-thermal history of galaxy groups and clusters. To do this, I use data from SKA precursors and pathfinders international radio telescopes, such as LOFAR, JVLA, uGMRT, MeerKAT, ASKAP, and single-dish telescopes such as Effelsberg and SRT.
