I am an economist at the DG Economics, Statistics, and Research of the Bank of Italy, Law and Economics Unit.
I received a PhD in Economics from Northwestern University, where my supervisor was Joel Mokyr, recipient of the 2025 Nobel Prize in Economics.
My research interests are in applied microeconomics, economic history, law and economics, and political economy.
