Welcome to my personal webpage!

I am an applied microeconomist with research interests in the fields of health economics, labour economics and public economics. I am working as a Research Associate in Economics at Imperial College London - Business School.

I joined the Centre for Health Economics & Policy Innovation (CHEPI), based at the Department of Economics & Public Policy, as a Research Associate in Economics (Taxation & Health). My research vision is to tackle health disparities among diverse groups of people through empirical methods. I am currently investigating the efficacy of fiscal policies in motivating individuals to opt for healthier food alternatives. My research interest also lies in the areas of child development, fertility behaviour, and human capital formation.

Prior to joining Imperial College Business School, I gained my PhD in Health Economics from Lancaster University, funded by the NIHR School for Public Health Research. I have a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Pompeu Fabra University (UPF), a Master of Science in Health Economics from the Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR), and a Master of Research in Applied Economics from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB).

I am also affiliated with the Health Econometrics and Data Group (HEDG – University of York) and a member of the EvaluAES Committee at the Spanish Health Economics Association.
