「Marimo Grow: Moss Ball Pet」（Google Play パッケージ名「com.marimo_walk」、端末上の表示名「Marimo Grow」。以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーの皆様に安心してご利用いただくため、以下の通りプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

収集する情報

本アプリは、広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用しています。Google AdMob は、広告を配信するために、広告識別子（広告 ID）などの情報を収集する場合があります。

本アプリ自体は、ユーザーの氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人を特定できる情報は一切収集しません。

本アプリは、ユーザーが許可した場合に限り、Android の「ヘルスコネクト（Health Connect）」から歩数データを読み取ります。詳細は次項をご覧ください。

歩数データ（ヘルスコネクト）の取り扱い

• 読み取る項目：歩数（Steps）のみです。心拍数、睡眠、体重、位置情報など、その他の健康データは一切読み取りません。

• 利用目的：アプリ内のキャラクターの成長、およびゲーム内通貨の付与のみに利用します。

• 保存場所：ユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。外部サーバーへの送信は一切行いません。

• 書き込みについて：本アプリはヘルスコネクトへデータを書き込みません。読み取りのみを行います。

• 第三者提供：歩数データを第三者に提供・販売することは一切ありません。

• 許可は任意：ヘルスコネクトの読み取り許可は任意です。許可しない場合でも、本アプリを利用できます（アプリを開いている間のみ歩数を記録します）。

広告には一切利用しません。本アプリは歩数データを、広告の配信、広告のターゲティング、広告効果の測定のいずれにも使用しません。また、広告事業者を含むいかなる第三者にも歩数データを転送・販売しません。本アプリの広告（Google AdMob）は歩数データと完全に分離されており、相互に参照されることはありません。

情報の利用目的

収集された広告 ID は、広告の配信および広告効果の測定のために、Google 社によって利用されます。

歩数データは、前項に記載したゲーム内の目的のみに利用されます。

第三者提供について

Google AdMob を通じて、Google 社に広告関連データが提供されます。詳細は Google のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

歩数データおよび健康に関するデータは、第三者に提供されません。

データの保存期間と削除

• 歩数データおよびゲームの進行状況は、ユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者側のサーバーには保存されません。

• 本アプリをアンインストールすると、これらのデータはすべて削除されます。

• ヘルスコネクトの読み取り許可は、端末の「設定 → ヘルスコネクト → アプリの権限」からいつでも取り消すことができます。

• 許可を取り消した後も、すでにゲームに反映された進行状況は端末内に残ります。完全に削除する場合は、本アプリをアンインストールしてください。

安全管理措置

本アプリは歩数データを外部に送信しないため、通信経路上での漏えいのリスクがありません。データは Android が標準で提供するアプリ専用の保存領域に保管され、他のアプリから読み取ることはできません。

免責事項

本アプリの利用は、すべて自己責任で行っていただくものとします。

本アプリの使用中または使用に起因して発生した、身体的損害、事故、怪我、その他あらゆる損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負わないものとします。

本アプリは、内容の正確性、安全性、有用性について、いかなる保証も行いません。

本アプリは、予告なく内容の変更、提供の停止、終了を行う場合があります。これによりユーザーに生じたいかなる損害についても、開発者は責任を負いません。

本アプリの利用によりユーザーが第三者に損害を与えた場合、その責任はすべてユーザー自身が負うものとします。

本規約に関して紛争が生じた場合、日本法を準拠法とし、開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。

改定について

本ポリシーは、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。

Privacy Policy

"Marimo Grow: Moss Ball Pet" (Google Play package name "com.marimo_walk"; on-device display name "Marimo Grow"; the "App") sets out the following privacy policy so that users can use the App with confidence.

Information We Collect

The App uses Google AdMob to deliver advertisements. Google AdMob may collect information such as the advertising identifier (Advertising ID) in order to serve ads.

The App itself does not collect any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

With your permission, the App reads step count data from Android Health Connect. See the next section for details.

Step Data (Health Connect)

• What we read: Steps only. We do not read any other health data, including heart rate, sleep, weight, or location.

• Purpose: Solely to grow the in-game character and to award in-game coins.

• Where it is stored: On your device only. It is never transmitted to any external server.

• Writing: The App never writes data to Health Connect. It only reads.

• Third parties: Step data is never shared with or sold to any third party.

• Permission is optional: Granting Health Connect read access is entirely optional. You can use the App without it (steps are then counted only while the App is open).

Never used for advertising. The App does not use step data for serving ads, for ad targeting, or for measuring ad performance. Step data is never transferred or sold to any third party, including advertising platforms. The App's advertising (Google AdMob) is fully separated from step data, and the two are never cross-referenced.

How Information Is Used

The collected Advertising ID is used by Google to deliver advertisements and to measure advertising performance.

Step data is used only for the in-game purposes described above.

Disclosure to Third Parties

Advertising-related data is provided to Google through Google AdMob. For details, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.

Step data and health-related data are not disclosed to any third party.

Data Retention and Deletion

• Step data and game progress are stored only on your device. Nothing is stored on the developer's servers.

• Uninstalling the App deletes all of this data.

• You can revoke Health Connect read access at any time from your device: Settings → Health Connect → App permissions.

• After revoking access, progress already reflected in the game remains on your device. To remove it completely, uninstall the App.

Security

Because the App never transmits step data externally, there is no risk of interception in transit. Data is kept in the app-private storage area provided by Android and cannot be read by other apps.

Disclaimer

Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

The developer accepts no liability for any physical harm, accident, injury, or any other damage arising during or as a result of using the App.

The App makes no warranty as to the accuracy, safety, or usefulness of its content.

The App's content may be changed, suspended, or discontinued without notice. The developer accepts no liability for any damage arising to users from this.

If a user causes damage to a third party through use of the App, the user bears sole responsibility.

Any dispute concerning these terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, with the court having jurisdiction over the developer's location as the exclusive court of first instance.
