I hold a degree in Biotechnology from the Universidad Nacional de Quilmes (UNQ, 2004) and a PhD in Basic and Applied Sciences (UNQ, 2010).
I work as a CONICET Researcher, with appointments at the Universidad Nacional de Quilmes and at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (UTDT).
At UTDT, I teach Human Behavior in the undergraduate program in Social Sciences.
My main line of work focuses on the study of the impact of circadian biological rhythms on everyday life, particularly the consequences of living in a 24/7 society for sleep and performance.
The central focus of my research is the impact of school start times during adolescence. Within this framework, I lead the research group Chronobiology of Education in Argentina (CEA).
I am an Associate Researcher at the Center for the Evaluation of Evidence-Based Policies (CEPE) and an Invited Professor in the Education Area of the School of Government, a key environment for generating local evidence aimed not only at producing scientific knowledge, but also at designing and, where possible, implementing evidence-based public policies, particularly in the field of education.
