Davide Pierangeli is researcher at the Institute for Complex Systems of the National Research Council.

He obtained his PhD in Physics in 2017 at the Sapienza University of Rome. In 2022, he was awarded the "Panizza and Galimberti” prize by the Italian Physical Society for his contributions to nonlinear optics.

His research activity deals with optics in complex systems, spanning from optical computing to light propagation in biological media.
