Markdays does not collect, transmit, store on any server, or share any
personal data. Every event you create stays only on your device. The app
has no internet permission, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party
SDKs.
Nothing. Markdays does not collect any personal information, usage data,
device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, files, or analytics. The
app does not have internet permission and is technically unable to
communicate with any server.
All events you create are stored locally on your device using the standard
application storage provided by the Android operating system. Only the
Markdays app on your device has access to this data. Uninstalling the app
permanently removes all data created with it.
Markdays requests one Android permission:
• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED — used so the home screen widget can refresh
after your device restarts. This permission does not allow the app to
send or receive any data.
Markdays does not request internet access, location, camera, microphone,
contacts, storage, calendar, or any other runtime permission.
Markdays does not integrate with any third-party services or libraries
that collect data. Specifically, the app contains:
• No analytics (no Google Analytics, no Firebase Analytics, no Mixpanel,
no Amplitude, no AppsFlyer, no Adjust, no AppCenter)
• No crash reporting (no Crashlytics, no Sentry)
• No advertising libraries (no AdMob, no Meta Audience, no Unity Ads)
• No social login or social SDKs
• No cloud backup or sync services
• No payment processors or in-app purchase tracking
Markdays is suitable for users of all ages. Because the app collects no
personal data and has no online features, no special provisions for
children under 13 are required. Parents and guardians can safely allow
children to use the app.
We do not share, sell, rent, trade, or transfer any data, because we do
not collect any data.
Your event data lives only on your device. You can:
• Delete an individual event at any time inside the app
• Clear all app data through your device's system settings
• Uninstall Markdays to remove all data permanently
There is no data stored on any server, so there is nothing for us to
delete on our end.
Because no data ever leaves your device, no cross-border data transfers
occur. Markdays can be used safely from anywhere in the world without
involving any data processing region.
You retain full and exclusive control of your data through the app and
your device. Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal
data to access, modify, export, or erase on our end. Requests under GDPR,
CCPA, or similar laws can be fulfilled by you directly within the app or
by uninstalling it.
Your data is protected by the standard application sandbox provided by
the Android operating system, which prevents other apps from reading
Markdays data. We recommend keeping your device locked with a PIN,
pattern, biometric or password for additional protection.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to
reflect changes to the app or to legal requirements. If we make material
changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this
document and announce the change in the release notes of a future app
update.
