Welcome to my webpage!

I am a Serra-Húnter fellow (with tenure) at the  Economics Department of the Universitat de Barcelona. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Chicago. I belong to the research group CREB and the research institute BEAT.

My research interest are in economic growth, economic development, and quantitative macroeconomics. I am currently working on the macroeconomic effects of gender inequality as well as on the causes and consequences of structural change.
