Privacy Policy for Marblo
Marblo ("the app", "we", "us", or "our") is a single-player maze game. This Privacy
Policy explains what information the app handles and how. By using Marblo you agree to the
practices described here.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information
to play. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise
location. We do not sell or rent any information about you.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
To make the game work, the app stores the following locally on your device only:
- Your game progress (unlocked levels, stars earned, best completion times).
- Your settings (control mode, haptics preference).
This data never leaves your device. It is removed when you delete the app or clear its
data from iOS Settings.
3. Device Motion
If you choose the "Tilt" control mode, the app reads your device's motion sensor
(accelerometer) to roll the marble. Motion readings are used in real time on your device
to control gameplay and are never recorded, stored, or transmitted. You can switch to
"Drag" control mode at any time, which does not use the motion sensor.
4. Photo Library
The app can create a "medal card" image summarizing your results. Saving that image to
your photo library is entirely optional and only happens when you tap Save and grant
permission. The app adds images to your library only at your request and does not read or
browse your existing photos.
5. No Tracking and No Advertising
The app does not use advertising identifiers, tracking technologies, analytics that
identify you, or third-party advertising networks. It does not build a profile of you
across apps or websites.
6. Children's Privacy
Marblo is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from
children. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, no special data is
gathered from children.
7. Data Sharing
Because the app does not collect personal information, there is nothing to share with
third parties. We do not disclose data to advertisers, data brokers, or analytics
providers.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
All game data is stored locally and retained only on your device. To delete it, remove the
app or clear its storage in iOS Settings. There is no server-side copy to request deletion
of.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under privacy laws such as the GDPR or
CCPA, including the right to access or delete personal data. Since we hold no personal data
about you, these requests are satisfied by the local-only design described above. You may

10. Security
Game data is stored using the standard storage mechanisms provided by iOS. Because no
personal or sensitive data is collected or transmitted, the privacy risk is minimal.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will
reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of
the revised policy.
Terms of Use for Marblo
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Marblo mobile application ("the app").
By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not
agree, do not use the app.
1. License Grant
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to
download and use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your own
non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and
Conditions and these Terms.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except to the extent permitted by
applicable law;
- rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the app;
- remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices;
- use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair it.
3. Intellectual Property
The app, including its design, graphics, levels, code, and trademarks, is owned by us or
our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license
granted above, these Terms do not transfer any right, title, or interest in the app to
you.
4. User Content
The app does not require you to submit content and does not host user accounts. Any images
you create within the app (such as a result card) belong to you, and saving or sharing
them is your responsibility.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether
express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app
will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or
goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the app, even if we
have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate
automatically if you fail to comply with any of them. Upon termination, you must stop using
the app and delete all copies. You may terminate at any time by deleting the app.
8. Apple App Store
These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the
app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these
Terms and may enforce them against you. Maintenance and support of the app are our
responsibility, not Apple's.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, without
regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by local law. Any disputes
will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction for your place of residence.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the
latest version. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your
acceptance of the revised Terms.
