Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications operated by Marain (collectively, the "Application"), together with any related services provided in connection with those applications. Marain is referred to in this policy as the "Service Provider".
Information Collection and Use
The Application is designed to run primarily on your device. Based on the Application's current functionality, the Service Provider does not require you to create an account, does not request contact details or other personally identifiable information as a condition of use, and does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs.
When you use the Application, certain gameplay-related information may be stored locally on your device so that features such as progress, scores, unlock status, session preferences, and similar gameplay settings can continue to work. This information remains on your device under ordinary use and is not transmitted by the Application to the Service Provider or to third-party servers.
The Application does not collect your device Internet Protocol (IP) address, does not track pages visited within the Application for analytics purposes, and does not measure time spent in the Application for analytics or marketing purposes.
Local Storage and Device Backup
Gameplay progress and related preferences may be stored locally using on-device storage mechanisms provided by the operating system.
If Android Auto Backup (or an equivalent system backup feature) is enabled on your device and permitted by the Application configuration, locally stored data may be included in backups managed by your device or platform provider according to that provider's settings and policies. That backup process is controlled by the platform, not by a Service Provider server operated for the Application.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Application does not use cookies, advertising identifiers, analytics pixels, or similar tracking technologies for analytics, advertising, or cross-app tracking.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data held by the Service Provider, to the extent such data exists and applicable law provides those rights. Because the Application stores gameplay data locally on your device, uninstalling the Application or clearing the Application's data through your device settings will generally remove that local data from the device.
To exercise rights that apply to information held by the Service Provider, or to ask a privacy-related question, contact the Service Provider at cm401040@gmail.com.
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The Service Provider does not sell personal information. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact the Service Provider at cm401040@gmail.com.
Third Party Access
The Application does not transmit user gameplay data to external analytics or advertising services. The Service Provider does not share Application-stored gameplay data with third parties for their independent marketing or advertising purposes.
The Service Provider may disclose information if required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process; when the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; or with service providers who assist the Service Provider solely to operate communications used for privacy requests (for example, email), who are not authorized to use such information for their own independent purposes, and who are expected to handle it consistently with this privacy policy.
International Data Transfers
The Application does not upload gameplay data from your device to Service Provider servers. If you contact the Service Provider by email, the contents of that communication may be processed using email or related infrastructure that may be located outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards for such transfers, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms recognized under applicable law.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop the Application from storing further local gameplay data by uninstalling the Application or clearing the Application's data in your device settings. Uninstalling or clearing Application data removes locally stored gameplay information from the device under ordinary circumstances.
To request deletion of any personal data held by the Service Provider (for example, information you sent by email), contact the Service Provider at cm401040@gmail.com.
Data Retention Policy
Local gameplay data is retained on your device until you clear the Application's data, uninstall the Application, or otherwise remove it using device controls, subject to any backup copies created by your device or platform provider.
If you contact the Service Provider by email, related correspondence may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and to meet legal or record-keeping obligations, and then deleted or archived according to those needs.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 18 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18 years of age in violation of applicable law. If the Service Provider learns that it has received personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, the Service Provider will delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to the Service Provider, please contact cm401040@gmail.com.
Security
The Service Provider takes reasonable steps appropriate to the nature of the Application to help protect information processed in connection with privacy requests and related communications. Because gameplay data is stored locally on your device, you should also protect access to your device using the security features provided by your operating system.
Data Breach Notification
If a data breach occurs that affects personal data held by the Service Provider, the Service Provider will provide notification in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, information about the nature of the breach and steps being taken to address it.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
Previous versions of this Privacy Policy will be maintained and made available upon request by contacting the Service Provider at cm401040@gmail.com.
This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-10-12
Your Consent
By using the Application, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where processing is based on consent under applicable law, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal, by contacting the Service Provider at cm401040@gmail.com or by stopping use and removing the Application and its local data from your device.
Contact Us
If you have any questions regarding privacy while using the Application, or have questions about these practices, please contact the Service Provider via email at cm401040@gmail.com.
