Sales account executive

Overview

Sales account executives serve as a liaison between our sales team and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.

As sales account executives, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end. Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.

Essential Job Functions:

Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation
Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets
Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail.
Convincing others to buy merchandise/goods or to otherwise change their minds or actions.

Other Job Duties:

Monitor and report on sales performance
Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
Log and monitor all canvass made and all canvass converted to sales.
Maintain lists of clients that have already been called or visited.
Running, maneuvering, navigating, or driving vehicles or mechanized equipment, such as passenger vehicles

Fluent in both English and Filipino language
Exudes self-confidence with great negotiation skills
Good customer service values
Highly motivated and sales driven
Can work with minimal supervision to no supervision
Can drive and has their own vehicle to do site visits

Education and Experience:

Any degree holder related to marketing and communications; but not required if candidate has proven to have at least (3) years of excellent sales and client service experience.

Physical Demand:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items that weigh more than 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
