Overview
In general, this position is established to provide technical assistance and training to staff, and manage the logistics and warehouse branch personnel. While deployed, the roving operations staff works on special projects and other compliance duties as assigned by the manager. These duties include but are not limited to training materials development, participation in systems upgrade, improvement and testing, etc.
Essential Job Functions:
- In Charge of monitoring and correcting employees who handles inventory and delivery.
- Handles the grades of the Warehouse Supervisor / Inventory Clerk and the Dispatch Officers (now known as Logistics Officers)
- They monitor and correct the operations in all the branches. Depending on your Department Head you may be in charge with Laguna Area Branches or Batangas Area Branches (upon negotiation)
- Supervise the warehouse team and manage day to day warehouse operations
- Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
- Developing, designing, or creating new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions.
- Identifying the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills.
Other Job Duties:
- Other operational tasks and occasional sales duties assigned by manager
- Record and communicate all shortage issues
- Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
- Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic/magnetic form.
- Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
- Identifying the educational needs of others, developing formal educational or training programs or classes, and teaching or instructing others.
- Recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and promoting employees in an organization.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Can translate or explain what information means and how it can be used.
- Fluent in both English and Filipino language
- Exudes self-confidence with great leadership skills
- Knowledgeable in advance computer skills (MS Word and Excel)
- Highly motivated and result-oriented
- Can work with minimal supervision to no supervision
Education and Experience:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree holder of any management course; but not required, if candidate has at least (3) years of proven excellent experience in any management and operations related field.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time; reach for tools and objects with hands and arms; climb stairs; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. The employee must be able to see up close and at a distance, as well as use peripheral vision and depth perception, and be able to look at, read, and use a computer for long periods of time.
