3 - 5 years of experience in recruitment, at least 1 year in supervisory level in Retail Fashion industry or equivalent.
University degree in HR professional, Postgraduate studies in HR would be valued.

Recruitment:
• Be responsible for recruitment KPIs.
• Update current and initiate to improve recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and on-boarding processes)
• Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
• Implement new sourcing methods.
• Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs.
• Research and choose job advertising options.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
• Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.
• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
• Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
• Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
• Keep up-to-date on recruitment trends in retail industry; overseeing competitor strategic to effectively execute manpower planning as an effective HR Plan to Business Unit.
• Participate in job fairs and career events (if needed).
Training:
• Develop, coordinate, and/or conduct general/job-specific/soft skills training programs to ensure staffs are well- trained on their job functions.
• Develop and conduct initial orientation programs to ensure all staffs are fully informed and engaged to company business and brands.
• Coordinate and/or conduct corporate sponsored training programs for store personnel.
